Day 32 - Black Bridge to Lairg

A tough but very beautiful 38 miles today. From Black Bridge we headed north into the wilderness, past Loch Vaich before descending into the very beautiful Allerdale Wilderness Reserve.

If we were feeling more energetic, I think we would have appreciated the scenery more, but fatigue is definitely a factor now with something like 926 miles in the legs.

About half the day spent running on my own and the other half I teamed up with Jamie.

The crew continue to be brilliant in supporting us at pitstops, and the like which is particularly challenging in these more remote parts.

Fatigue is really kicking in now, and while it may appear that we are "nearly there", we still have almost 4 marathons to do in the next 3 days. Another 38 miler tomorrow over some tough terrain.

I think I'm not alone in feeling like I just want this to be over now.
