Day 31 - Kiltarlity to Black Bridge

Another 32 miles done today to take total milage so far to 888, which is further than the shortest route between Lands End & John O'Groats. We have got around another 138 miles still to do though. Definitely feeling tired now and just trying to get the milage done efficiently without pushing too hard and risking injury.

Today's route took us into a slightly softer landscape than we've been in for much of the last week, and routed us past the distinctive Ben Wyvis. The running was easier being on quiet roads & forrest trails.

Not to many points of note today. We did pas the Muir of Ord Distillery & Beaufort Castle.

Today's finish was at Black Bridge on the Ullapool road.  Tomorrow morning we head off into some real wilderness.😎

Can anyone beat 1.8 million steps in June?
