An "easier" day today 28 miles and 700+ meters of climbing. 4 weeks ago that would have been a decent training run but apparently that was our "recovery run".🤣
A moment of concern with a closed road but blagged it when we explained we were running 1030 miles and didn't fancy an extra 3.
Said goodbye to Cornwall after 120 miles of fun (types 1&2) and hello to Devon.

James the Run Director who is possibly the best logistics, planning and project manager in the world and Kirsten, who's specialist topics are diplomacy (dealing with angry Cornish farmers) and being our safety net first thing in the morning when half asleep "Everyone got runners not crocs on their feet?"
