Day 4 - Widemouth Bay (Bude) to Bideford

An "easier" day today 28 miles and 700+ meters of climbing. 4 weeks ago that would have been a decent training run but apparently that was our "recovery run".🤣

A moment of concern with a closed road but blagged it when we explained we were running 1030 miles and didn't fancy an extra 3.

Said goodbye to Cornwall after 120 miles of fun (types 1&2) and hello to Devon.

Not as many photo ops today so a few insights on the fab race crew.

They say ultras are basically an eating competition

Farewell Cornwall, hello Devon
